National Apprenticeship Week (7-13th February) is a week-long celebration of apprenticeships.

Following a period of rigorous inspection by the Association of Heads of Outdoor Education Centres (AHOEC), The Outdoor Education Department at St David’s College has been issued with their prestigious ‘Gold Standard’, which represents the highest award for quality Outdoor Education provision and Outdoor Learning.

Music maestro Oliver Pearce has landed himself a plum of a role in the West End touring production School of Rock.

This weekend saw the return of the annual House Raft Race.

A new school year means a new Head Girl and Head Boy. Sophie Hunt and Zachary Valentine met with Mr. Russell on their first day back in school and were presented with their school prefect ties. We took the time to sit down with them and chat about what it means to them to hold such prestigious positions at St David’s, their plans for the upcoming year, and what legacy they hope to leave behind.

Usually, teachers and pupils arrive at school dressed as their most loved characters bringing their favourite books to life. Despite not being together this year, the English Department has created ‘Book Stars’ in line with our ‘STAR 21’ theme.
