St David's College is a close-knit independent boarding school of around 260 students, aged 9 to 19. Eighteen months ago, staff got together with a simple question: what might happen if we created a consistent space where boys could talk honestly about what it means to be young men, without immediately trying to fix, correct or manage them?

With St David's College proudly sponsoring Chester Rugby Club and launching a brand-new bus service from this loveliest of cities to the school, we caught up with Old Davidean Harry Mostyn Jones, a former First XV rugby captain, who has recently joined the club.
