We played quite well considering that was our first game of U14’s Rugby. It was a nice achievement as a small school to be the first year group in quite a long time to play as a soul year group without using U13s.
We weren't scared to throw the ball about in the skillful manner that we do in training. We tried different and new moves as well as getting used to the slippery ball and the breezy drizzly conditions that Welsh rugby is renowned for.
I have a lot of confidence in this side as we continue to grow throughout this season and as we did not get to play the Eryri cup final for U13’s rugby last year we will have to play that fixture in the coming weeks. I am sure we have what it takes to win the final and retain the cup in U14’s rugby.
