Llyn Gerionydd, in Snowdonia, was the venue for perhaps our toughest annual challenge-the Iron Man.
Competitors from Year 10 and above had to complete a three kilometre run around the lake, a 1/2 kilometre sprint on a bike up a vertical path and lastly a 300m swim across the lake.
Eight pupils from each house took part-24 in all, and a bus load of spectators came to cheer them on.
Lois broke two records in cycling and running, and Ben Jones was the fastest ever junior boy.
Tryfan came first (again), followed by Snowdon and Cader.
Every single competitor completed the tough course. Well done to all.
