Congratulations to Tryfan house, who took the honours in the Cross-Country Finals this year, followed closely by Snowdon in second place and Cader in third.
Conditions were good on the day, which made a welcome change from the wet practice runs where both runners and marshals received a soaking.
This year, for the very first time, it was decided the three houses could enter bigger teams. This meant around 80% of the pupils took part-well done to all.
The atmosphere was as usual fabulous during this hotlly contested event, as pupils cheered each other along.
Around 40 of the best runners on the day will be heading for the regional finals on November 8.
Notable performances of the day included Max Dunford and Lois Lee who both took the honours in their senior groups.
The senior boys ran around 3.5 miles, whilst the girls ran three miles on varying terrain.
Penny Johnston, Gilbert Vaughan, Bella Russell, Archie Banham and Teagan Girling all won their races. Congratulations to all who took part.
