There are those that see Rugby in the confines of 80 minutes, the breadth of a pitch and the confines of a match. Those people fail to see what happens on pitches all over the country and what happened on the Senior field today. Team mates, comrades, veterans and debutants alike pulling on the Black shirt of St Davids College and playing as one united front. No Cader, Tryfan or Snowdon House, No English, Welsh or Scots but as one 1st XV working as one, extolling the virtues of togetherness, team work and spirit. Virtues that will echo in their ears for years to come. Not solely in the 80 minutes on the pitch, but the hard work on the training pitch, weights room and conditioning runs. Dedication and fortitude forged through a mere simple game. Always with one aim, to Never Never Give Up.
