Saturday 14th  Nov 2010

 

10.30am:   Signing in and AGM in Minstrel Hall

11.00am:   Refreshments in Minstrel Hall

12.00pm:   Shooting on 25m range

1.30pm:     Rugby squads meet in Minstrel Hall, organised by:

Strips will be arranged by Lloyd and Will, but players must bring their own boots!!

2.15pm:   Rugby Matches

3.45pm:   Tea in Minstrel Hall

6.30pm Drinks at Fountains Bar

8.30 for 9.00pm  Supper at the Empire Hotel for those who have booked!!

10.30am:   Remembrance Service in the Minstrel Hall, followed by refreshments.  The Service will be informal but will include The Remembrance and 2-Minute Silence.
